"I was searching for a unique case for my iPhone S and came across caseable.com. I decided on a customized flip-case and, because I am an artist, I put two of my watercolors on the front cover. There was delay of over two weeks from the time the order was submitted to delivery, but that is understandable around the holidays. Inquiries to customer support were answered promptly, with excellent information, and very politely. Today, I received the final product and couldn't be more please. It's really a thin, sturdy, very well-made, gorgeous case and was reasonably priced at that. I would very highly recommend caseable.com!"

"I needed a phone case for my new phone before leaving the country, and as with everything I do, I left getting one until the last minute. I was just going to get a run-of-the mill case, but then I saw I could get a custom case made - egads! - so of course I went with that option. After ordering, and given the estimated processing time I was given, I was slightly worried it wouldn't make it in time. But they got it done SUPER fast, well under the estimated turnaround time, and it was exactly what I asked for. And it's even more cool knowing the case is recycled plastic - hooray for reusing!! "My experience with Caseable was awful. I never received the e-mail confirmation of my purchase, and I wrote several times to the support service to know about it. Every time they gave me vague answers and no information. They changed my code number 3 times and I really thought that I had been scammed. After more than 3 weeks of waiting and writing e-mails, my case finally arrived, but only after threatening them and asking for a refund. In addition, the case I received was not what I expected: the colors are very different from the ones displayed in their webpage, and I think the price I payed is not justified at all. I do not recommend Caseable because the customer service is deplorable and their products are overpriced."

"DO NOT purchase these iPad cases for 2 reasons:
1. It does not contain a camera hole! I purchased a mini iPad case assuming that it had a hole in the back for the camera lens like every other iPad case out there...it DOESN'T! So you have to take the iPad out of the case every time you want to take a picture...very user UNfriendly.
2. The way that the corner straps are manufactured to hold the iPad into the case are very flimsy and they actually COVER part of the screen of the iPad. Due to the fact that the straps touch the corners of the screen, the iPad is often unable to detect a finger touch or a stylus pen, so the case is actually a hindrance in using the product it was intended for!
I called customer service to demand a refund due to these issues, and was even more unimpressed with the person handling customer service issues. This company clearly does not care about its customers or the quality of their products. I recommend purchasing from any other company OTHER than caseable.com."
"I made a purchase in late November and was told it would be shipped within 3-5 days. After a week, I finally contacted them for an update. They made an excuse that it was still in "production". I followed up again the next week, then every few days, and eventually every other day. Each time they had the same excuse. The only thing they did was give me a 15% refund. To make a long story short, today is January 10th and I still have not received my product. They are now ignoring all of my calls and emails and have not refunded the remainder of my money. I'm pretty sure I have just been scammed. I have never had this awful of a shopping experience. I should have read the reviews on this company before I made a purchase bc all of the negative reviews are absolutely true. I wish I could give them less than one star. "
"Order took a month to arrive despite the shipping time that was quoted, because item was lost by fedex which isn't their fault... but when the item arrived it was extremely cheap quality, worth maybe $5.00 when I paid over $40. Do not use service for anything. I bought this for a graduation gift and it is embarassing, will be thrown in the garbage. "
