"1. -Shipping- I ordered two products the same day and according to my email they even shipped out the same day, but I got one over a week after the first one was delivered. So five days into my waiting for the second "same day shipped" product I called customer service , who seemed annoyed that I dared to wondered where the second product was. The women on the phone told me to wait ten more days and call back. If she would have been polite I would not even mention it on my review but I feel like it is worth noting. However, that experience is not even close to as bad as the custom product I finally did receive.
2. - The customization - I know there are some user errors that will dome a customizable product, so I took a long time to make sure I picked good pictures, didn't stretch them out and they were not blurry ect. Some of the pictures I used were professional pictures that have been blown up to poster size, and they still came out like smudges- nothing like the computer mock up looked. Honestly my case looks like it was printed from a 90's printer ruining out of ink, and pasted on the cover. It was not even lined up well. I literally think I am just going to tape over their hack job because that would surely be an improvement.
3.- the case itself- The case itself is fine simple design you can find nearly anywhere. My suggestion go somewhere else save a few bucks and don't deal with this company.
4. -Money- the case is just average but has more of a lower premium price point. As for their customizable product- I would have to get paid to use a product they customized, and maybe not even then. "

"I typically do not leave negative reviews...I just am not getting any email responses and do not know any other way to reach out. I ordered this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend 10 days ago. Same as the last review..no shipped email or no way to track it. Now my boyfriend is leaving for a mission as he is in the Air Force, and I am afraid that it isn't going to make it in time, if it is even on the way to me. In this day and age...shipment tracking should be a no brainer. I definitely give their customer service a thumbs down so far. Disappointing! "
