Love my case!

"I ordered my case in Feb and it arrived very quickly! I'm very pleased with the outcome of design and how durable the case is! My case is an off-white colour and it hasn't gotten dirty. I've had it on for about a month straight and don't plan to take it off until it needs replacing. If I ever do need to replace it, I will be ordering from here again! "

Product is great, communication is not.

"I had emailed Caseable several different times during the course of two and a half weeks about a tracking number for my product. One team member said she would get it to me soon; the product came after I got her email about a few days later but her email with the tracking number did not.

This is not the first time that I have never been emailing a tracking code and have received my product almost a month after purchase.

Decent cover

"Although it's a good cover, it would be easy to make it a smart iPad air cover. Also, the straps are over the controls, so it makes it a bit hit and miss to operate now. Some of the stitching is also flawed and the printing is very low resolution. Still okay overall, but not great for the price."

Good but....

"The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the case does not really protect my Kindle Fire, it doesn't have the protection for it not to break if It falls, but it is custom made with your own pictures and they have a variety of colors! So, it's pretty but not functional."

Misprint on the case

"The case fits nicely, and arrived in a timely manner. But no one took any care in the printing. There was a tag line that was clearly meant to run under the camera cutout. But no one looked at the case, and the camera cutout chops off part of the words of the tag line. Disappointing!"

RUN, don't walk away from this company!

"I ordered a sleeve for my girlfriend in February 2017. The money was taken from my account immediately I was given an order number...everything looked kosher. I logged in a day or two later to see if I could track the progress of my order, there is nothing on the site, so I emailed customer service. I was assured my order would be produced in 7-10 business days, and that the company would follow up. February ended with no traditional contact from them...in March I emailed again inquiring and was provided a link to a ups tracking number.....that's were my nightmare of dealing with them began....the tracking number was from order that was delivered...to the wrong side of the country in DECEMBER 2016. I emailed repeatedly advising asking them to look again, that the dates made it impossible that this would be my order.....no response, ever. The also provide no additional contact method, conveniently. Don't let them steal from you too!!! Don't waste your time or money with this company"

"I was sent the wrong order from Caseable. Luckily their customer support was very apologetic and helpful. I was sad to have to wait a little longer for my case. But now that I have my case I can say it very well constructed and looks great. "

"I ordered a cover that I just loved. It said that it was a Kindle Paperwhite cover but when I got it it was a Kindle Paperwhite E-Reader which is much smaller and it didn't fit my Kindle. I sent an email to the support people asking if they have any of the bigger covers for the Paperwhite that I have. I never got a response and it's been more than a month, I have given up and just got a cover from someone else. Too bad because I love the designs.
