The fabric is not very taut causing ridges to form after someone sits on it and causing lots of pulls in the fabric. Other than that - it’s beautiful. "

"I purchased the pebble chaise couch with the white glove delivery service. 1. The couch is aesthetically beautiful and the construction appears sturdy. 2. The white glove delivery (third party) was on time, polite, speedy and well done. 3. The couch is **wildly uncomfortable** and beyond any definition of “firm” as it relates to support/comfort. 4. Customer service was quick to reply yet offered zero suggestions other than to return it and incur a 20% restocking fee (this is less than three days from delivery). In other words, I would rather go back to sitting on my 5 year old Article Sven and wait the 4 months for a custom piece to arrive (supply chain disruptions are real) while LOSING ~ $450 than spend another back-aching minute on Castelry’s cement-like “cushions”.

I will never purchase from Castelry again, which is a shame bc the price point is competitive. "
