"Due to no fault of the CellPhoneShop, the items purchased took over two weeks to arrive. ( The Post Office is using new scanning equipment in the processing, and is apparently slowing down the delivery times.)Is the very timely response I received from the Customer Service Dept. to my email inquiry.
The following Mon. I received the package, so I do not doubt the validity of that response.
As far as the Products ordered, 2 different Cell Phone Batteries, The OEM Battery is functioning great. The Generic, not so well. The phone will not stay turned on with the Generic Battery. Had the OEM Battery been available for that model, I would have purchased it instead. I have had problems in the past with other generic battery replacements. Hopefully this time I learn my lesson.
It will cost more to return the malfunctioning product than it cost, so I will not be able to comment on that portion of CellPhoneShops service.
Overall I feel their service is satisfactory.
Generic Batteries for cell phones are generally a crapshoot no matter where they are purchased. My previous bad battery experiences were not from this Retailer.

I went to BBB.org to file a complaint and found 52 previous complaints against them, 1 less than 2 weeks ago. I filed a complaint and they have not responded to it, but have emailed me 3x since the complaint was received and still won't give me a refund.

I advise anyone shopping for items to check the BBB rating prior to purchase. Had I done that, I wouldn't be going through this now. Horrible, horrible company."
