"Their prices are good but I never got my order. The first time they got my address wrong, when I emailed them to have the item sent to the correct address, they wanted to charge me an extra $2.99 to have it corrected, even though I put the info in correctly and it was an error on their end. The customer service was very good and waived the fee, but my resent never got to me either. 10 weeks of waiting since my original order, I asked for a refund, but they could only gimme a store credit cause the original credit card I made the purchase on was no longer active (due to being compromised), and they wouldn't make an exception to have it refunded to the new card number. I was happy that their customer service was so easy to deal with and they reply very promptly over email, but due to the shipment problems, I don't think I will be shopping with them again, so now I have a store credit I can't use."

They were shipped separately, the tablet currently never delivered.It was sent regular mail without even a signature being required and no tracking order, no way to know if item even has been shipped , is in transit or the status whatsoever. Company offers a 14 day money back guarantee , has been longer than 14 days which defeats the purpose. Inept Customer Service could not provide me with ship date or any information other than to be patient. Contacted via email and got a simple reply message "We believe the tablet reader will arrive soon." and the supposed shipping date. The prices are good but the quality varies and the shipping is unpredictable depending on what you order. On a positive note they seem to be reasonable regarding product issues.But waiting for items to be delivered can be a headache and for myself, it simply isn't worth the trouble."

"On August 28th I ordered five items form you, Order # 1033353A and/or Alternate # 8499811 through Pay Pal. I would like a replacement for the item 1 Mirror Screen Protector -iPad 2, iPad 3rd generation please. I have done everything the package instructed me to do and yet I could not get the bubbles out of the screen protector when placing it on my iPad. I tried removing it and doing it again and again with absolutely no luck. It looked terrible and it ended up tearing in the center. I tried taking it off to return to you and it tore more and it is now ruined completely and not salvageable to return to you. PLEASE send me a replacement if you would please. "So far, not real good. The shipping time and condition of items was good. Unfortunately, 3 of the items must be on back order as I didn't get any explanation of why they were not included only showed up as not in stock on the invoice. Of the 3 items I did receive, the remote that either has a defect or a dead battery. The phone holder for my car lacked the sticky backing promised with the item. Not very fast in responding to emails. Hope to here from them soon about the difficulties I have had and expect a quick resolution!"
