I payed for what was clearly an unlock that includes my phone. "This service works for any AT&T USA / Cingular phone except for Nokia models". After receiving payment the emailed me saying they couldn't find my code, and to reply with "refund" if I wanted a refund (why wouldn't I?). I did, but no refund was issued till I filed a dispute (and escalated) with paypal 8 days later!

before the rep replies with excuses:

11/11: payed for AT&T phone unlock with full proper IMEI
11/11: they replied with "code is not available for that phone" and sudjesting that I pay for another service "Hi
Your other options is to use this service"(so they could get the code but wouldn't sell it for what they offered)
11/11: i requested a refund, they replied that it would take *24-48 hours* to process
11/13: they resent the same email saying it would take 24-48... after the 48 had passed!
11/19 paypal dispute escalated
11/20 email from cellunlock.net stating the "refund has been issued"
today is 11/20 and I'm waiting for my money..."
