"Mail-in service took 3 weeks, and not the 10 days quoted to me. There were no replies to my emails about this order, but they did reply to my emails from another email address posing as a potential customer. Pretty shady. In the end, they unlocked my phone as described. These guys really need to work on their customer service skills. "

"Overall a good experience. Esay to order, just had to supply IMEI number. Unlock code for my Motorola V3r arrived after around 36hrs. Code worked first time and my phone is now unlocked!

"This was an awful experience. The company says on their web site that they can unlock phones that don't take unlock codes (by altering the hardware). They even list my particular model (Motorola F3). I shipped two phones to them and paid for Express service (2 days). They had the phones for a week and didn't bother to contact me with a status. I emailed and 3 days went by before they wrote back and said "These phones won't let us enter unlock codes... we'll ship them back in a few days."

First of all, I know they won't take unlock codes. That's why I shipped them to them in the first place. Second of all, they're gonna ship back to me "In a few days?" I paid for express service!

Another week goes by so I email them again and tell them not to ship them because I am now moving in 3 days and they should ship to my new address.

5 hours later they email me to tell me they shipped them just now... to my old address.

Terrible. Avoid this company."

"I had placed an order for a few electronic items and expected them delivered in the stated 1-3 hours as stated on the website. After 5hours of waiting I sent a message to cancel the order via their messaging system. Now they refuse to even acknowledge the request and have denied any refund. Any email request have met with the least possible effort to resolve the issue. In short don't bother there are far better alternatives. (another vendor provided the same items ordered in under 10 minutes with no hassle)"
