"Needed a phone unlocked. Their page said 1-48 hour turn around. Spoke with customer service online and was informed that the turn around is 1-5 business days. I wouldn't have used the service if I'd known that. Said they couldn't cancel the order when I found out their advertised turn around was incorrect. I still haven't received the code, and I'm on day 3. I don't have confidence that they'll be able to do it, due to other companies not being able to do this phone. So I'm pretty sure I'm phoneless for their 1-5 business days for nothing to come of it. Customer service wasn't very useful either. "

"I was recently in America and was promised by T-Mobile I can buy the locked mobile device and they will unlock it when I leave America. Calling several times custom service and where you get ignored, connected into space as there are no people with a brain or a sense of ownership.
Then I decided to get the help of Cellcorner and bought an unlocking key to save at least some money which I have lost to buy the device from T-Mobile.
When I got the key it was not working and that we repeated a few times and I thought I already lost the additional money.

"I had ordered a z3x unlock box about 2 years prior and had noticed I didnt receive one of the activations. At first I just ignored it because I thought maybe I installed it wrong but after checking it turns out it was never activated. Now its been years and I was expecting them to tell me something like they dont have my records or they cant help but NOPE. They were quick with a response, told me exactly what they needed me to do to prove it and imediately got my issue resolved. This was great and I really appreciated their support!"
"I spent hours on the phone with ATT trying to get them to unlock my device. They finally just refused to do it, saying the device was no longer supported, even though they continue to sell it. That's when I turned to Cellcorner. My experience was excellent: their program and instructions were clear and easy to follow and I had my device unlocked in a couple of minutes. "I was quite skeptical given this product is brand new and there wasn't a lot of information about it.
However, I took a chance and received the code in one day from the Order Date.
I placed my new SIM card in the device and the config screen asked for the new code ( On the ZTE admin screen )
I entered the code from Cell Corner and it worked successfully.
Rogers was able to activate my line, so I know the code did work.
However later on in the process I discovered that Rogers will not allow Unlocked devices to be applied to their product plans. So, while unlocking a ZTE MF275R may technically work, it doesn't get you the freedom to move carriers.

"I thought that these people are honest, but then I found out that they were not. I ordered a $300 device, then I paid for 3 days delivery. then they never send a confirmation order, tracking number, and so on, then I waited 3 days hopping to hear from them, but did not heard from them. thats when I tried to get in touch with them by phone, email, their Live Online Chat, but there was no respond at all. then a I found out that they never took the time to process or shipped my order. good thing that PayPal is always there for me whenever I face this kind of fraudulent business. The only email I received from these people, is the one asking me to write this review on this page. and by the way, my email provider was able to detect something suspicious from these people: "This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be." and yes, they were right! ...Now I ask myself, who in their right mind would take the time to ask a customer for a Review knowing how bad their are doing? woow! these people should be jailed for what their are doing to customers, or at least they should be banned from having any kind of bussines online.
