"This is just a fraud business. I order intangible product and for more then month they did not send me my order. I tried to call the costumer service but there is nobody. I opened a claim with PayPal and they refuse my claim because it is intangible item. PayPal and Cellcorner all are the worst."

"CELLCORNER unlock Code for Doro 615 - CODE DID NOT WORK. After trying further unlocking sites including the provider and a professional unlocker (fee!) on following five days, I read the Conditions of Sale and find the Cellcorner refund period is only THREE DAYs. Drat! Three days is downright mean! And that is inclusive of time to make a video of the failed code entry for them. Goodbye money!
I have also since found that other Doro owners have failed to unlock their phones. The simple answer to this is NEVER buy a locked cellphone, even if the sales rep says it can be unlocked (my case). I will buy a new phone - unlocked of-course.
My Doro phone can live in the car glovebox on charge as an emergency camera......."

"Horrible customer service, they never reply to emails. I ordered 2 unlock boxes from them and one of them worked flawlessly and the other did not work at all. After emailing them for months they finally agreed to send me a new one after shipping the old one back. Upon receiving the new one I plugged it in to find out that it too did not work. I have not received a reply to my NUMEROUS emails after months and ended up having to eat the cost. Needless to say I will never order anything from them again."
