"I ordered an unlock code for an AT&T ZTE Z221. I had the code within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the unlock code was 8 digits when it should have been 16, and Cellcorner offered no instructions for inputting the unlock code for that particular phone. Now, they are ignoring repeated requests for support. They claim the unlock for this cell phone is a simple IMEI unlock code, but other websites I have now reviewed state that the ZTE Z221 cannot be unlocked that way. I have been waiting for a response from Cellcorner about these issues. I guess I won't hold my breath."

That said the response with the code do not provide with "Proper" ionstructions for my Device and code.
Your technicians who responded sent me a link for "phones" and not the "Nokia CS-18 USB Internet Modem stick" which I requested the code for.
Please send the proper procedure to mount the "Unlock Code" provided (to a correct IMEI Number), with a computer using the WIndows 7 OS.
The pelasure of a rapiod response here is expected.
