"I researches several web sites for mobile phone usage, SIM cards, mobile phone rentals. However, I kept coming back to Cello Mobile. The reviews, & testimonials were good, and from major companies that use them for business. Once I finally made the call, and asked my many questions, which were answered, and I actually was relieved of my many concerns. the Customer Service Rep, was polite, helpful, and even gave me a discount. I haven't received the rental cell phone yet, but I will post a useage review, when I return from our trip in September."
"I recently took a trip to Europe, specifically Norway, England and France. I use'd one of cello's mobile WIFI hotspots. It worked great, there was one day when the hotspot had some technical issues which where taken care of within the hour with a simple email to cello mobile. I would recommend to anyone traveling abroad that wants to insure they have connectivity at a reasonable price. I was able to use FaceTime, iMessage, viber, Skype and any other app that needed an Internet connection to work."

I ordered my MiFi device three days before my departure date, I was worried that I would not get in time but they had multiple shipping options and I received my device the day before my departure. "The service was great, as was the price. I took this telephone on a trip to Mexico. I made a few calls back to the USA and also received a few calls. I then checked my balance and was pleasantly surprised to see that it had barely gone down, so I still had plenty more talk time from just my initial payment before I would have to recharge.

They had a 10 day rate, since that was as long as our vacation was, and it was only $19.90 per phone + 99 cents/phone for insurance + very reasonable charges per call. No sim card installation. It came already completely ready to use out of the box. Came with a charger and a converter for European outlets. Don't hesitate to use this service."
