"Ordered a cell phone battery from this establishment. The battery was an OEM as stated on their inventory, was in stock as stated in their inventory, and shipped in a timely manner. Was kept advised of status of order and shipping via email. The battery charged and has been working properly since receipt. Would order from this company again."

"My experience began on a positive note. Their prices for the Samsung GalaxyS dock was exceptional and they shipped quickly once they had the items in stock. Communication was excellent.

However, one of the 2 docks I purchased broke on first use. I was out of the country on business and emailed the company and the timing of their reply was adequate. I was sent the RMA form which I completed and returned to them. They charged my AmEx for a new part without notification. I emailed to ask why and was informed the RMA form stated this fact. After review, it did in fact state this in very small print that is not made to be seen unless you're an attorney.

No apology was offered or anything, only that "I should have read the paperwork".

While, a $25 charge on my paid off AmEx isn't a big deal, it could have been a big deal to someone. What if someone paid for a more expensive item with a debit card and this company automatically charged them for a replacement expensive item. Possibly causing them financial stress. What if that charge caused a temporary drop in the FICO rating because of a higher balance, preventing them from getting a loan or other financial application. They need to realize that #1 keeping our credit cards on file - even for 1 hour - should not happen without our consent. #2 no person should be charged again, especially for a RMA without making it more clear to them that this will happen.

I just find this mode of operation bad business, their smug reply didn't help. But we all have the option of doing business elsewhere, which I intend to do in the future.

"I bought a headset for my ancient cell phone model around 2002. I paid USPS 3-day express mail, I got it within 2 or 3 days. The headset was in a small plastic packaging inside a cardboard box with no form of cushioning. No bubble wrap or a piece of paper bag stripe to prevent my item from bouncing around in the box during shipping. There were no instruction manual included, but it was not hard to figure out how this headset works. The headset still works fine after I have been using it for a month now."

"I ordered two T-Mobile G2 phone batteries at $29.95 each. CellularAccessory.com immediately sent an email confirming my order for two batteries. Several days later, a box arrived containing only one battery. I used CellularAccessory's website 'Contact' mechanism and asked where the second battery was. Two days later, ****@**** responded, saying "This order shipped from 2 different locations and it is on the way".

A week later, however, the second battery still hadn't arrived. I emailed ****@**** directly, but never received any reply. Twenty two days since my initial order, the second battery still hasn't arrived and there has been no response from ****@****.

Should you purchase anything from such a vendor? Would they really send two identical batteries from different locations? Even if they did, why hasn't the second arrived? And why hasn't Cellular Accessory.com responded?

I've not opened the packaging of the one battery that did arrive, and am prepared to ship it back to CellularAccessories.com and cancel the order, if they will refund the money they charged me. Or, if they make good on delivery of the second battery, I'll rate them slightly higher here. But my not receiving either my full purchase or a reply to my second email warrants this review and warning people not to do business with CellularAccessory.com.

Maybe they'll read this and be responsible?

Update: They did, and resolved it wonderfully. Terry U, VP of CellularAssessory.com, contact me by email, asking if he could phone or would I call him. I did. After immediately prefacing his remarks by saying it was their error and that he'd immediately make it good, he politely had me relate my entire dealings with his staff, with emphasis on who among his staff said what when dealing with me.

I then received almost immediately the rest of my order (plus 10% off, which I initially declined but he insisted). he then followed up again to make sure I'd received everything. Despite the snafu, I'll shop with CellularAccessory.com again and can in good conscience recommend them to my friends.

"I definitely will never use this vendor again nor will I recommend them to any other person. I ordered a cell phone case and clip from them on the evening of Oct. 8. The charge posted to my charge card on Oct. 9. I received an email on Oct. 9 with a link to check order's estimated status. When I did so the site indicated the status as "will ship within 24 hrs." After 10 days I had received nothing and the web site still stated "will ship withing 24 hrs." I submitted an email asking for further information and received an email with a USPS tracking number. My order status was updated to "shipped." After three more weeks of waiting and still having not received my purchased items and the tracking number given to me coming up as "no information for this number" I wrote another email asking for information. This email was not answered. Two days later I sent another email asking for a response within 24 hrs. or I would challenge the charge (remember now they posted the charge to my credit card way back on Oct. 9 and now we're in November) Well, 24 hrs later I had still not received an answer so I called the number listed on their web site and was promptly connected to a cust. rep. I was informed that the item was on back order and they didn't know why their supplier had issued the tracking number to me (the email acually had cellularaccessory.com as the indicated sender). I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction with them posting the charge to my credit card a month earlier if the item hadn't shipped yet and there was still no available date when it would ship. (bad business practice). I also was upset that my latesst emails had gone unanswered to which the service rep. replied he had just replied and they must have been blocked by my spam filter. (My spam folder had no such emails in it and I received the orginal sales confirmation email and the one with the bogus shipping information with no problems but suddenly the spam filter was catching them?) I was asked if I wanted the order cancelled to which I responded a resounding "YES" and I wanted the charges refunded to my credit card. The cust. rep. replied "I just did that." Well, you guessed it. No refund yet (three business days later) and further action will have to be taken. I realize some people have had a good experience with this company and maybe I also would have if my items had indeed been in stock but my experience exposes glaring issues with their customer service if not with their business ethics. Charging for items way before shipping them and then not refunding the charge promptly when unable to supply the merchandise is unacceptable.
Now, also read the responses to other negative reviews and note the tone of those responses by "the cell phone guy." Anger and personal attacks prevail and had I read them prior to ordering I would have picked up on that as an indication of the level of professionalism at cellularaccessory.com and stayed away from them in the first place.

"Had a great experience with this store. Was able to purchase a brand new hard to find item for a rare phone at an incredible price. "I ordered a BlueAnt wireless Bluetooth speaker. My card was charged before the order was in stock for shipment. I called several times and was told that it was " about to be shipped". Finally, I cancelled my order and was given a cancellation number. Then I ordered the item from a different merchant. THEN I was notified that the product had already shipped.
JUST LOOK AT HOW MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED FOR THIS MERCHANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I bought a battery on this website for my LG Cosmos as the previous one had been damaged - however, the battery I purchased which was listed as compatible with the Cosmos on the website is, well, not compatible. The phone simply says "please use genuine battery" then shuts itself off after ten seconds. After reading their "guarantee" it became obvious that I can't even get a worthwhile refund. The company does not reimburse shipping, it only reimburses the cost of the product. The product is ten dollars and costs 3 dollars to ship each way - that means I could waste my time with their customer service crap, then spend another $3 shipping the battery to get $4 back... I will not ever use this company again.

*Update*
A member of CellularAccessory contacted me after reading the review and was pretty quick and helpful in our e-mails. While I still think the site is confusing about how products are labeled I was grateful for the quick support. I will update again when the return manager contacts me.

"I ordered a charging cable and not only did I get what I ordered the customer service guy recommended 3 other great products for my droid. They know their stuff and when they don't, they actualy find out for you and call you back. Did I mention they answer their phones. I can't tell you howmany online companies don't answer. "AVOID THIS SITE!! My order was not correct when I recieved it, which can happen anywhere, however the problem was the Customer Service Rep when I called. He threatened to hang up on me, yelled at me, and talked over me. It was shocking. All of this over a $5 case for my phone. DO NOT deal with this site. Customer Service is everything and he was literally abusive. Ridiculous.

In response to the remarks by the company. WOW. Customer Bashing. I think they have proven my point. If the two cases were shipped seperatley I was not aware, nor made aware. They came over two weeks apart. I never spoke to the gentleman who wrote the reply on this site. I only had one single coversation with a customer service rep. So I'm not sure who he thinks I was abusive to in an additional conversation?? The entire response seems very odd. Read my review and most of the others and see that they are almost all negative, then make your decision.
