"Would NOT purchase from this company again. Item ordered 7/16 9:58pm. Item cancelled 7/17 6am. They shipped 3 days after order was cancelled - 7/20. Called 7/23 for RMA to return. Received link to purchase additional information instead of RMA. Called again finally received link to apply for RMA on 7/26. Applied for RMA 7/26, did not receive RMA until 8/2. I think they purposely make it difficult so you will give up and not process returns. I also think they delayed responses until my order was outside their 15 day return policy. UPDATE...Received email from terry disputing my account - replied to email with proof of my dispute - email was returned by System Administrator with note "recipient(s) cannot be reached". Emails also being returned unable to contact Dylan Re RMA. No answer at phone number. There response is untrue - Just look at the history of complaints and the details I have provided. "
"Ordered a spare battery charger on Sunday, Jul.25th and shipped with UPS ground, which means it should be here within 1-5 days. It is now Thursday Jul.29th and, I still haven't even recieved a tracking e-mail!! If my package isn't here by tomorrow i will NEVER use this store again."

The vendor reply to this rating is correct in that I do not want them to replace the mercandise, However, they say I have been issued a refund and that is NOT true, yet. I still hold out hope that they will do the right thing. My crdit card company is pursuing it with them.

I ordered a battery and cover for my cellphone on 6/29 and received a confirmation from them that same day. No problem so far.
I received an email the next day, 6/30, saying the order had shipped, but with no tracking info. No response to my email asking for tracking info. Thought I'd wait to see how it went.
On 7/14, 2 weeks later, I received another email saying the order had shipped, again! This time it had UPS tracking info. The UPS tracking site showed it as a valid tracking number but only had billing information, no tracking.
OK so it's now 7/27 and the UPS tracking website still shows that the merchandise has never reached UPS, it's still in a 'billing information received' staus. The company has not responded to any of my emails, has not cancelled the order as I requested and has not even acknowledged that there is a problem.
Be wary of this company, they seem to have many good reviews, but when they blow it, they are almost impossible to deal with.
I still don't have my money back or the merchandise I ordered a month ago!"
"BAD SERVICE, INACCURATE WEBSITE - AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE!
I ordered an iPhone / iPad cable (listed as in stock) from cellularaccessory.com and paid for ground shipping. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation or tracking number. They did, however, charge my card immediately.
I called them 4 days later to ask for a tracking number. I was told that it shipped on day 2, but they didn't have a tracking number from their shipper (they obviously don't have any products, they just order from someone else). The guy said he would call or email with a tracking number. I never heard back.
I called on day 7 to ask for the tracking number. I was told the same thing - it had shipped on day 2, and he would get me a tracking number. Again, I never heard back.
I called on day 8 to ask again for a tracking number. I was then told the product was on backorder, and had not shipped. Maybe tomorrow. I was obviously annoyed, but he wanted me to feel sympathy for him somehow (for being in that situation).
I asked for an upgrade to next-day shipping, as I would not have ordered it if I knew it was backordered. He just offered to let me cancel my order. No apologies, no offers to refund shipping - nothing.
As I was writing this review, I received an email from them saying my order had shipped. It hadn't. The details page said it would ship in 2-3 days. Then, at the top, it said my order had been canceled.
Terrible service! The company is clueless and/or incompetent and you can't trust what their website says. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.
UPDATE: This company continues to act in a manner lacking honesty and integrity in regards to this order. Since I posted this review, CellularAccessory.com challenged my review with ResellerRatings.com on the basis that this was a "pricing error." Once I provided documented proof that that claim was bogus (it had nothing to do with price), the challenge was rejected or withdrawn.
In regard to CellularAccessory.com's response:
1) They NEVER said (or apparently knew) that the cable was backordered, out of stock, or not available for shipping when I ordered or until the time I canceled (or I would not have ordered). My order confirmation never said it. Their website never said it. Their customer reps insisted up until the day I canceled that it had shipped on day 2 (June 22).
2) False! The ONLY email that said the cable was backordered was the "shipping confirmation" I received AFTER I canceled my order. I received no emails from them between my order confirmation and "shipping confirmation" after I canceled. I called three business days in a row and was definitively told each time that it had shipped on day 2 (June 22). Only on the third call, while I waited for the rep to get me a tracking number, did he discover and tell me that it was backordered. They apparently didn't know it was backordered until then.
3) Bottom line is customer service made no effort to redeem their mistakes or keep me as a customer.
4) Can't trust this company. Shop there at your own risk. Their site, emails, and reps were misleading to me, and clearly their inventory, fulfillment, and tracking system is messed up. I would have liked to have given my review to the Yahoo! Customer Service rating they reference, but I couldn't find any way to do so or see what their rating really is (and I dug around Yahoo! Stores/Shopping for some time and never found them). So, I couldn't verify that claim. I doubt it, and it certainly didn't hold water with me."
"I placed an order for three cell phone covers to be shipped via UPS ground. Two days later the shipping confirmation came - without a tracking number. A week later I called to find out that my order hadn't shipped yet. I was told it would ship that day and they would waive shipping charges. Still waiting for the order. Had to call 3 more times for a tracking number. The tracking number shows that it was shipped yesterday but no hint to when I can expect the shipment. I would say the prices are great, the people helpful, for the most part, but boy their order fulfilment and tracking system is seriously screwed up. I would only use them again if I absolutely didn't care about when the item will arrive. "

Apparently, the info from LG on the web site was wrong. So CellularAccessory spent a lot of time with LG to track down the correct charger, then sent it to me no charge, and didn't even ask me to send the first one back to them. "My experience with the so called "professionals" was far from that statement. I ordered $90 worth of product and inadvertantly forgot to select the free shipping option, which I didn't notice as an option. I just figured that is how they would ship it. I noticed the $13 charge for S&H on the invoice. I emailed the site right away and followed up with an email as soon as I noticed and was told in an email the next morning that it "was too late" that it just went out the door. Hard to believe it shipped the next morning when most carriers pick up after 2:00. I tried to reason with the customer service rep that the company would not have got the $13 anyway because of the free shipping but to no avail. I then talked to the vice president and he said there was nothing they could do and said I needed to admit I made a mistake and live with it. How professional and understanding...from the vice president. It wasn't like a waited several days...I contacted them that night, right after I noticed a mistake. Be careful with this comapany, as my opinion is that they won't be in business long with this customer service stndard and attitude."
