Product did not match description and I couldn't use it. I applied for return authorization. What I got was a classic example of the greatest attitude for keeping customer satisfied: Cellular Accessory apologized; told me to just keep the product and credited my card for full refund anyway. No hassle, no packing, no shipping, no postage, etc.

Word of mouth is the best advertising. This vendor goes above and beyond."

"Poor customer service. Agents voice was unintelligible. Had to communicate using email. I was charged $14.95 for shipping an item that the did not have in stock. Shopping cart charged me the full amount of the order even though one item was not in stock. Website needs correction to better alert customer that an item is not in stock. Why would I knowingly order an item and pay premium shipping if it is not in stock. Customer service refused to offer a partial refund for my shipping. Had I know item was not in stock I would have cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere."
