"I ordered a rifle on Feb 26. I then received an email confrimation of the transaction. I then checked my bank accout and found the funds had been disbursed. I did not receive a ship confrimation. One week later I called to see where the order was. After numerous attempts, I finaly got through to Lecia. She said they did not receive the order but would look into it. To make a long story short, she did not. After more phone calls and emails, They have my money and I have nothing but frustration.
Update Mar 21 - I received my rifle on the 19th in good condition. The company credited my account $ 25.00 for my troubles. I believe this company has the potential to be a 5 star business. I realy liked how they handled the FFL without involving me. With a little work on their order and response system I believe they will do well.

"I placed an order on January 17th for "in stock" items. According to the website, these items ship within one day. Eight days later I still have not received confirmation that my order has shipped. I've sent emails and left voice messages, neither of which have been returned. I've tried calling for the past two days with zero luck. Needless to say, I would not recommend placing an order with this company and will more than likely have to cancel my order. Yes, i understand that you're busy, but your competition is able to answer it's phone to address customer service matters and ship orders out when they say they are going to. "
