"The product was as expected, yet the customer service was lacking. Called a week straight trying to get the tracking number and left multiple messages. No response. Yet when i called with another number i got connected to a representative. Within the conversation the man mentioned that i was impatient and that they knew me there now. I understand the 2 weeks due to holidays, but not getting a response and for the representative to say something like that? I wont be buying there again, no need. I work in customer service and you need to keep those comments to yourself. You never say it to the customer. Ever."

OK these things happen, but when you have to call 10+ times, and most of the time leaving messages that go unanswered, this is a problem. I also have never had to PROVE, a company made an error. They had me send pictures of the item received like I was a liar or I made the error.........DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just wanted a return label and a refund.........Why is this so hard???? The last call, I spoke to someone and was assured I would have an answer, still nothing. WTF!!!"
