"I called in my order 8-11 and for some reason no one placed my order till 8-28. I've called several times, when the phone gets answered. Monday 9-1 she couldn't tell me why-I only got half of my bedding cause when I ordered I was told they were all available. The lady told me my charge was 169.39 but yet my credit card was charged 196.94. I was told the manager would call me and 3 days later still no call. I'm very disgusted by this business and actually thought it was a hoax because of how the business is ran
I give someone till tuesday 9-8 to call me at ***-***-**** to explain all this or I'm calling my credit card to stop payment, contacting better business bearer and taking you to small claims court. I'd never recommend this company to anyone whatssoevet!!

"The product is fine. Service left much to be desired. I placed my order on 8/17/15. The website indicated that they were away until 8/18/15, so I figured there would be a slight delay in shipping (which varied, depending on where you looked on the website and order confirmation email - some places said most items shipped within 4 days, some places said 1-2 days.) The confirmation also said I would receive an emal once the item had shipped. After 6 days, I tried to contact via Facebook to check the status. No response. After 8 days, I tried by phone. No answer, no return call. On 8/27, I finally got a Facebook message saying it shipped 8/24. Then an email the same day indicating that it was shipped on 8/25. The email also said their website said they were out until 8/25 (which was completely false - after 8/18 (which is the date it said they were out until), the website did not indicate they were out at all. Tracking email came on 8/28, saying it shipped 8/17, and per the tracking info provided, the label wasn't even created until 8/27. Very poor customer service, and though I'm happy with the product, I will not use this vendor again."
