"I placed an order with this company and they had no intentions of selling the product at the published price. Their website showed the order was processing although the status never changed and I never received any emails regarding my order. After several days I called the company to get the status and was told my order had to be cancelled because my shipping address was different than my billing address. Pretty lame excuse. Why allow a buyer to input two address if you are going to cancel the order. This style of selling is very common for East coast retailers selling electronics. They publish a price but won't sell the product unless you buy accessories and they strive to find new customers that are not aware of how they operate. I would not recommend doing business with this company. The one consistent thing this company will provide is bad service. "

"I was happy to find the item I wanted at a good price. Although I guessed it was refurbished, the item could have been marked more clearly marked. After nearly 4 weeks, I called customer service a 2nd time regarding my order to find that they could not fill it due to it being unavailable. Overall, this is fine but they could have communicated with me much earlier. Communication was the issue in my first customer service call as well. They can improve their communication on the website in item descriptions as well as post order communication. I found their customer service very responsive and good. They were only about $20 cheaper than other major vendors and the next day, their price went up.
