"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! I purchased my camera (in transit) based on the price on Pricegrabber online. When I originally ordered the salesperson called me early the next day to close the deal. I received the camera in 3 days as promised but it was unprofessionally packed and there was a "hand written note" in the box and no receipt. I emailed the company demanding a receipt and asked that they not sell the accessory items I had purchased. They never responded so I returned the camera. I called customer service the first person I spoke to was sympathetic but said I would be charged a restocking fee. I said that it was not warranted due to their poor business practices. I was promised a call within two days after a manager reviewed the order.

I received no call so I called them. I was mocked for having returned the item for not having received a receipt. I said that there are grey market items sold and I wanted to make sure I was dealing with a reputable company. They insisted that they were going to charge me a $500+ restocking fee. I said "all I want is my camera." They offered to send it back to me (still mocking me for having returned it because they would not provide a receipt) with the accessories I wanted with a receipt included. They finally produced a "NON-ITEMIZED" receipt. Everything was lumped together and I do not know what I was charged for each item.

Second Shipment -received 7/9: Received defective camera (when looking though the viewfinder saw a gap and light showing through), also ordered an additional battery. The battery I received was not a Canon battery. When inserted, it would not come out. I had to turn the camera over and shake the camera to get it out. I returned the 2nd shipment and am waiting an adjustment to my account. I repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM CERTIFIED DIGITAL!!!!"

"PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had the worst customer service experience and never received my order. The owner was a COMPLETE jerk. After receiving my order confirmation that the camera would arrive in 5-7 business days, I thought it was a perfect present for my wife and it would arrive in time for our anniversary. I guess it was the wrong assumption that an order confirmation would have accurate information. After not receiving the order in 7 days, I called customer service and the owner answered. He told me the reason I did not receive it is because it is out of stock. I told him I would not have order with him if I knew it was out of stock.
