I had been a little worried that the watch might be a knock-off and not a genuine Citizens Eco Drive because of its very low price but my fears were allayed when the package arrived: It came with the usual Citizen 5 year warranty. "I purchased a watch from this vendor and it was sent to me less than fully functional - it would not manually wind. I sent it in for repairs, paid the cost of shipping and got it back over a month later and nothing had been done to fix it. The same problem existed. They didn't try to contact me to explain the problem if they needed additional information (the problem was fully described when it was returned for repair). Also, it was returned to me with a screw missing and dirty. I'm very dissatisfied with this transaction and would advise customers to buy elsewhere.
UPDATE: Customer Service, Dave, is trying to resolve the issue by repair or replacement so I've increased their ratings (at least for now). They sent a UPS label as well so that I didn't have to pay for shipping a second time. I will update again with the results of this second attempt to get the watch repaired and if successful I will likely increase the ratings again."

The Watch was just like they said it was new with a protective plastic on the watch face It was in original box with instructions on the desk with the guarantee. I will refer all my friends to shop at the certified watch store first and save them money instead of buying at the department store.
