I called frustrated that I had not been informed there was no watch until I sent an email they told me to call back in 7 days to see if the watch was available I did and was rudley told by Jay that I could order a different one which was much more then the original one I purchased I tried to express my concern and asked for a manager he told me he was a manager as I tried to continue he cut me off and asked for my number and informed me I would get the same answer very rude and shady place.. They post items as buy it now on ebay then tell you its out of stock but you can order another item for more money not to mention refunds take 7-10 business days to make it even worse the watch that I inquired about as a replacement Movado Bold 3600104 they have uped the price in the last 15 minutes another $46 I plan on reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau they are a scam!!!!!!"
