"I am amazed! It's been a great experience! Around noon on Monday I called to order a Swiss Army ladies watch. Jay was helpful, efficient and told me they had my watch in stock. He said I would have tracking information by late afternoon and I did. The price was deeply discounted. On Tuesday afternoon, the NEXT DAY (I didn't pay for shipping), the UPS driver knocked on my door and handed me a box with my beautiful new watch inside. Original boxing and warranty papers. Everything was there. Certified Watch Store did everything they said they would and more. I had visited several stores in my area and checked out every available website before choosing them. I would, however, make two recommendations to improve service. At the end of my telephone order, the representative asked me to rate the company. He said that I would give the company a high rating since I would be impressed with the service. I appreciate his pride in the company, but I would not have suggest telling the consumer how he/she will rate the company. Secondly, it took several hours to receive my order confirmation e-mail. This is not a big deal; it's just that many companies (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.) send order e-mail confirmations almost instantaneously after a sale is made.

All in all, I was very satisfied with my purchase. The same watch was listed on Amazon for $450, and I paid much less than that for the exact same product. Plus, shipping was very fast. "
