I had what I thought was a problem that needed a repair under the warranty, (turned out I had screwed up the hand settings myself by messing with the watch without reading the manual) so I called Certified to have it repaired. When I described the problem the agent immediately e-mailed me the Return authorization information and stated they would fix and return the watch without any issue, but he suggested I reset the hands and if I needed assistance to contact Citizen for help if needed. Well as it turned out I followed the instruction in the owners manual to reset all the hands and that is when I realized that I had caused the problem myself. the watch is working perfectly, the same as it was when I first received it. Certified provided me with excellent customer service and would have stood behind their 5 year warranty if indeed I needed a repair.
