"Certified Watch Store was actually my second choice to purchase my watch. I called another e-seller (jomashop) and they did not have the item in stock (and told me it would take two weeks!). I then called Certified Watch Store and they had the item in stock ready to ship! Item was shipped the same day! I chose 10 dollar UPS ground and got my watch 4 DAYS LATER (compared to free and probably slower shipping)!!! If you call you can get even FASTER shipping, I just didn't want to pay for faster UPS, 4 days was good enough for me! Tracking number was e-mailed same day. Macys is selling the same watch for $300 more, $130 more than amazon and pricewatch. Price was exact same as jomashop after ground shipping, otherwise it would have been $10 less. I needed this item immediately (for pilot purposes) and I got it. They also vouch for supplying a 5 year warranty for the watch, which compares to the manufactures warranty, also a selling point. "the watch i purchased was a gift for my husband. I was wondered i wouldn't get in time for christmas because at the time i ordered the watch it was on back order, but when i called in the customer service agent was nice and put my mine at ease. shortly after the phone call my watch was being sent. the next day because i paid for 2nd day shipping i recieved the watch. all total it took me 4 business days to get a back ordered watch. what other company can do that.
