"Good news: The Citizen Eco-Drive, Titanium Sport watch I ordered was shipped promptly and looks "new in the box" as advertised. I used Google Checkout for payment and this seems to be both fast and safe.
The only bad news: The Certified Watch Store web site indicates free shipping on orders over $200 but the omly way I could get the sytem to accept my order was to click on the UPS Ground shipping button and pay $7.44 for shipping on top of the $216 watch price. The total was still below the price on other web sites so I am still satisfied.
Great News: I sent an e-mail to the Watch Store's Customer Service about the shipping charge and they issued me a $7.44 refund within 24 hours. Now I'll give them a gold star

"Order place online well. However I made a mistake combining my street address and PO box address. Thinking OH NO what have I done. A short time later I received a call querying my order as it looked wrong. All was corrected over the phone. My order was submitted with no time wasted. Living in VA my watch was in my hands just a few days later.

My Citizen Eco-Drive Men's Calibre 8700 looks fabulous, coming with all documentation and manufacture's tags. Setting my watch up was quite easy by following the enclosed CD-Rom which displays excellent graphics.
Comments on use will be delayed until after Xmas, when I will officially receive the new watch.
