"Numerous flight changes! Now I must go through Chicago both ways, AFTER I paid for the trip. I never want to fly through Chicago. This change added time to my flight, which was already long because of a long layover in Canada. The new flight change also changed 2 segments to coach class instead of business class the whole trip. Thus, I am not receiving what I paid for. Cheapoair website does not allow for contact by email message or texting. I had to call from overseas and wait an extended amount of time at no telling how much cost. The website has NEVER had my flight in My Bookings. It can only be found by typing in my booking number, something I discovered by chance. I have never experienced such a frustrating experience, and I have been flying to and from Korea for over 30 years. I am NOT pleased with this service!"
