" CheapOair usually is a good source for cheap travel. They do try to hit you up on unnecessary fees for services, but that's fair and the services are legitimate. This time, a simple in-state round trip flight I booked was all but impossible to just buy and pay for on their website. I ended up with a customer service rep in India, or an immigrant since maybe last week, giving me a hard sale line
trying to get me to pay hundreds more for the same flight. I have a Covid-iffy expensive international trip coming up in November, and knowing the exact reservation will need adjustment, the screw-ups around this puddle-jumper weekend flight leaves me seriously regretting having booked a US to Asia round trip with CheapOair. They CAN be great...but if this was or is their typical customer service, I might be looking for a more consistently reliable service."

"The hotels shows "free cancellation" and it's mentioned nowhere that the fee will be charged for cancellations because it's quite clear free cancellation means free cancellation and no fee. Please beware and use another site to book accommodation.
