"Very affordable however it would be nice if some of their premium services were standard and included. People already feel nickel and dimed to death with their phones, their entertainment options even in amusement parks, where after you spend your hard earned money, then they offer "upgrades" that should be should be the service expected, point is, you shouldn't have to pay a premium to be treated well. it further separates the haves and the have nots, and when traveling, there should be some sense that your trip/vacation/business excursion is just as important as the CEO's. I'd have no problem with self promotion of your inclusive services, in fact, it'd be nice to know exactly how your service caters to the customers needs and anticipates their desires. Cheap fair is a great selling point, if you want to corner the market offer cheap fairs with luxury accommodation for the masses. Things can be done differently, if you chose to, otherwise you'll be the status quo discount business where customer loyalty is only as good as whatever nameless company gets the lowest price offered with little return business, little satisfaction and no loyalty."

"After booking my flight I find in 10 minutes I was able to purchase the ticket cheaper through the airline's website when I contacted cheap O air they were locked and to give me any information to cancel my ticket with them even though it is deal t's regulation that they must do that as I have followed the procedure when I requested my refund they told me I was outside the guidelines in order to do so the gentleman I spoke with was very rude on the phone and angry because I wanted a refund when I told him he was charging me for things I get for free from the airline stay away from this company they are scam artist they will steal your money and not give you any service stay away!"
"They cancelled my daughters flight, so she had to drive to Atlanta, and now they won't refund the return leg b/c it was with another airline, was on the phone 1.5 hours!!! Total run around, rude, unhelpful staff.... DO NOT USE THEM they are a scam if anything goes wrong, even if it their fault!!! UNBELIEVABLE this is happening!"
"I lost over $2,000 with cheapOair for my honeymoon. I had an emergency and couldn't fly. They refused to cancel my flight or even reschedule it. Not even flight credit. Even though I bought the insurance through them as well, my claim was rejected. Their excuse was that my emergency case was not listed in their policy. The insurance they sell was not reliable in my case. So, I asked them to cancel the insurance 2 weeks before my travel they told me to ask the insurance and of course I never got my money back. Expedia is much better.
From this experience, I learned to check the flight I want through CheapOair then find it through the official airline website. It is almost the same cost if not less in some cases. Doing this, I know for sure it is legit and the official airline (e.g., Delta, KLM, Southwest, .....) will help me in emergency cases.

"I booked a flight with them for dec 6-9 from Knoxville TN to New Orleans LA. When I was already in New Orleans I reslized that my return flight was actually booked for the 12th. Obviously, I needed to go home on the 9th. My hotel was up on the 9th as well as my rental car. I called customer service TWICE and they said that they could see that I entered the 6-9. However, I had picked a flight that was for the 12th. I said I understand that I made a mistake and needed to move my flight to the 9th. They said they couldn't move it. Also that they would not refund any portion of it. It was a round trip flight for 2 and it cost about $800. They told me the best they could do was offer me 2 1 way tickes for over $1000. I belive when a website has a search criteria then the offers they post should at lest fit the criteria. I understand that I chose the wrong flight but all I wanted was a reasonable refund or discount so that we could mke it home. I will never do business with this company ever again"
