As soon as I inform that I already have a booking , I am told to transfer then no one picks up the phone even when I am holding for 20-25 minutes and then I hang up. Having worst customer service while you are travelling internationally is already a nightmare."

"They purposely book your flight for the wrong date so that you have to call them to change the flight, and pay a ton more money. They said if I changed my flight right away it would only cost another $150. As I did not have the extra funds right away I had to wait another 12 hours. When I called them back they said that offer had expired and now I had to pay another $350 to change my flight, even though it was their mistake. After contacting them I had random phone numbers calling me non-stop from Haiti, New York, and Santo Domingo. NEVER give them your info and NEVER book with CheapoAir!"
"After finding the American Airlines flight that best fit my schedule and budget, I went to purchase the tickets and I got a big warning stating that my price would increase by $40 due to high demand for the seats. Since I was coordinating my flight with other family members, my flight options were very limited. When I received my credit card statement a week later, it showed the airline ticket charge from American Airlines, and a "separate" line item charge from Cheap O Air for the additional $40 that my price jumped at time of check out. This is a sneaky way to do business, adding additional charge just because my chosen flight times were all of a sudden in "high demand". Later, I found out I could have booked my tickets through the airline for $40 less. I used to like Cheap O Air, but not after this experience."

"HORRID! If I could give them NO stars I would!! A ticket for my parents cost me TWICE as much compared to going directly to American Airlines! I will NEVER use their service again!! Oh, and DONT take insurance cause it doesn’t allow you to cancel. It ONLY allows you to cancel in an emergency! I thought my flight that I wrongly booed was canceled and it wasn’t! I had canceled and rebooked for correct date but it wasn’t canceled! I noticed charge on my credit card and when I called them, they said it would cost em $500 to cancel that flight - the one that I CANCELED!!! Then I saw an additional charge of $500 and I called them to ask what that for! Apparently they just decided to not ONLY DEDUCT $500 but charged me
$500 MORE!! I was OUTRAGED! A manager called me and said they’d look into it and I’ve never heard anything back! It would’ve cost me $2000 less to just go directly to American! I am **** and will NEVER use their “service”"
