I don't even speak the language I tried chatting with someone today and they didn't even try to address the answer of whether a shuttle exists. I am age 66 with a fixed income. Expedia and all other ticket services ever used include this in the final price. Why was this not included and left to be a last minute surprise? "I recieved about 15 emails saying to call and see what changed for my flights. After being transferred MANY times and getting no answers, 1 person said he 'thought' there was 'some kind of problem' with 1 of the flights. Still nothing for sure. He said he'd put in a 'request' for something. The next 2 days I have received about another 6-8 emails all stating the same thing-call. Can someone email with the changes? I don't have another 2 hours patience. You can check the phone logs and see just how long I waited, repeatedly, and for nothing. If you cannot send me an email, or I have to spend another hour+ calling for nothing, you can count me out as a repeat customer. I live in Germany and moved from Atlanta-I have flown 14 times in the last 12 years-and will fly at least once yearly from here to Atlanta....till I die-hopefully that wont be for another 20 years plus so if CheapOair wants another $20,000 from me, something about this scheduling change with no info needs to change.
