"I am 17 and spending a few months in Guatemala. I purchased a round trip flight to Belize from guate city without any difficulty or mention of my age. Several days later I got a call from their customer service saying they didn’t know if I would be able to fly because they didn’t know the airlines guidelines for age. They told me I had three hours to figure out, and mentioned cancelling my trip no refundably, despite the fact that I paid an extra 34$ for travel insurance. I went online, called the airlines i was flying with and had the information within a few minutes. I told them not to cancel my flight. It’s ridiculous to sell a ticket to someone without the knowledge of if they will even be able to fly. If CheapOair is going to partner with airlines, they need to know the rules and regulations that apply to these airlines so as not to inconvenience their customers like this. "
