"I booked a flight with Cheapoair this past fall for a week, I wanted to add one more day and they said they would take care of it. He charged me and I paid the money, which was ok with me, then I looked at my flight a few days before i was supposed to leave. He booked me coming and going the same day, I called back and he said he would make the changes again for another fee. I said I should not have to pay that fee, because it was his mistake. He said I had to. I said, that I will take care of it when I return. I contacted them several times, thru calling, to be put on hold for a long time, and by emailing, several times, just to get the run around. I work har for my money and they refuse to refund me $100.00. I fly several times a year with other legit airlines and had no problem for years. DO NOT USE THEM. "

"I had been very satisfied with CheapOAir service in the past , but I can’t say the same this time. After booking my flight last night, i thought everything was okay. When I went back this morning to view / print my itinerary , i couldn’t continue. Why? My last name was incorrect and I couldn’t correct it from end. I called CheapOAir about this . They didn’t correct their error but instead sent my itinerary directly to my email address. Only then was I able to view my itinerary. I thought by using their apps and having an account , booking would be a breeze , unfortunately not so. Also, the security check of having to mark several sets of images was to me time consuming , not only that the images were not clear enough. I hope to have a better experience next time . Thank you! "MY RESPONSE TO COLLECTIONS: I followed your terms of service and I requested change to pick up location for the car. The person I spoke with would not help me with that thus the reason I had to purchase another car rental in Dallas TX when I missed my flight due to changing of gates at the last minute and Frontier never made an announcement about it until I went up to their desk asking where the plane was. Their failure to provide everyone with this update in flight is not on me. Multiple other people missed this same flight because of this. I even called Hertz and they said I had to call who I booked the car with for changing of pick up locations. This is complete failure on cheapo air for not supporting and providing service in the middle of all the chaos I was going through trying to get down to Texas to tend to my sick mother. This is a dispute for the entire amount of 341.12 for services not rendered and I will not pay a dime of it. I have re-disputed with American express I require no further communication from you concerning this issue. I suggest you fix your services and operations concerning bundle bookings including rental cars as flight issues can result in changing of pick up locations for rentals in case you didn't know and you are loosing customers because of this. TOS STATES: "CheapOair will charge a service fee of $10 for cancellations or a change of reservation." I was in the airport waiting and ready to pay 10 bucks to change pick up locations and you failed to provide this service per your own terms of service. NOT MY FAULT NOT MY DEBT.

We are just a travel agent who booked ticket for customer. We followed Airlines policy if Airlines make any changes which is totally out our control. Our agent call car vendor to help you changing the pick up point however they denied for any changes. So if you missed your flight due to Airline make changes you should be calling Airline for any compensation. please be informed this car rental amount you paid is non refundable."
