Two weeks before my travel date, I got a notice of a change to my itinerary, my 7+ layover in DC was going to be changed to a less than 4 hour one. Seven hours is plenty of time to do a $10 or so Metro and bus ride between airports, less than 4 hours isn't, and now I was looking at paying more than $100 on an airport limo,taxi or Lyft.
I texted customer service and was helped by Bernardo. Bernardo was very helpful and was able to get me a better itinerary than I originally had. Now the airport I fly into is the one I fly out of, and my layover is less than 4 hours.
