"This business sells airline tickets. Yesterday I purchased a roundtrip flight advertised at $278. When I finished paying the charge to my card was $394. I called the business and they responded that prices are 'dynamic,' they change in real-time and they can't predict what the actual cost will be. There is no warning that their prices aren't necessarily accurate, and I was not told that the cost would be $100 more before finishing my purchase.

I asked to have my purchase retracted and they told me it was non-refundable, however they would delete the purchase but still charge me $50. What a scam! My bank has filed a dispute and hopefully I'll get my $50 back. I recommend not using this business. If others do this it's best to buy directly from the airline.

"I would give them a zero if I could. I had trouble booking my flight and then when I completed the ticket purchase the departing date was not correct. I did not notice it right away. When I called them within 48 hours they said that they could change them for an additional $948.00! All four tickets where only $1242.00! I asked them if I could cancel them and reorder and they told me I'd lose the whole $1248.00. The refused to switch them or help me in a reasonable way. They are there to rip you off. I advise you to deal directly with the airline and forget these services. They also tried to charge me $110.00 to pick my seats.....really??!! CheapOair you should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping people off. It's disgusting that you would attempt to take advantage of people in such a way. I realize you need to make money but you are thieving people."
