"I ordered checks from Checks.com. They arrived in about 8 days. I made a mistake when I gave them my account number. When I discovered the mistake, I called them. They answered immediately, confirmed I had provided the wrong information and then reissued my checks with the correct information for free. I won't go anywhere else when I need checks printed."

"Placed an order and paid with credit card. Got the order confirmation in my email. They sent out the checks and I received the order in the mail a few days later. Everything good. WEEKS later I get an email saying the credit card declined(!) No mention of that when I placed the order. So, I mailed them a check and they cashed the check a couple weeks later.(I can see this in my bank account, image of the front/back of the check)
NOW, a month later I get an email saying "The balance of 21.94 is more than 40 days past due on your order 4105****. If left unpaid, this balance is subject for submission to an outside collection agency". What the F*CK!
Stay away from this company whatever you do!
They take payment and the pretend they never received the payment. And. They make it impossible for the customer to prove the payment was made.

The "UPS Innovations" tracking number can't be tracked thru the USPS post office responsible for delivering the last mile, so I have no idea of where my checks are and/or if/when they'll ever arrive. Nothing like having your checks floating out in space. Took me multiple times of calling and waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes to get help. PLEASE!!! Save yourself the heartache and drama -- order your checks somewhere else!"
"Order somewhere else even if it costs more. Their customer service reps are snotty and have horrible attitude with simple questions. Order was taking forever to process, then they wanted additional verifications from me...copies of utility bills or other mail from a company even though the bank verified the address. I said that seems silly and a bit extreme and they offered to cancel my order so I took them up on it even though I had no interest in cancelling it. "

"I ordered two sets of checks from two Banks. They came back the next day said they couldn't verify my address with the bank they say they need to verify my address and the bank wouldn't give that out anyway which shows they're looking for information in which they don't need. Banks don't give personal information out even to third party check printers yet they told me they contacted the bank in the bank wouldn't verify my address. They asked for a blank check or new bank statement from the account I just opened in which I don't have new checks yet or a statement in which why I'm ordering checks from checks.com????? My first order cleared no problem but the second order they said of the bank problem so I just canceled both orders instead. When companies are looking for additional information they don't need it means adding fluff to their customer base to show better numbers so they can sell the company. Just run from this company"
"What a nightmare! There was an issue with the credit card I used when placing the internet order. I had put a stop on the card because I about 2 hours after placing the order I received a suspected fraud alert text message from my credit card vendor. There was a charge I did not recognize, so I reported it and they immediately cancelled the card and issued a new card. I was contacted that my original card was declined, so I explained the situation and entered the new credit card through their phone system. I received an email a week later and saw that the charge had not been processed. I was told that card was declined. I checked my credit card company and did not see the charge. So I called again to reprocess the card today and hopefully that works. I will keep checking my credit card online to see when it posts. The new card has been working fine.
I paid $2.25 for tracking. When I called and said I never received an email with the tracking number, I was told I did not pay for that and was a postal item number and told I could take that to the post office and have them look up. I was read a series of numbers which I wrote down and the rep on the phone read them back to verify and I had written them correctly. When I received the checks the number on the package had 10 more digits, so that explains why I was not able to look up the tracking I paid $2.25 for on the USPS website. I got out a copy of the order I printed out. Thank goodness because it showed I paid for it and called back again. I typed in the numbers on the package and it shows as delivered today! Wow! Too bad I couldn't get that number so I could track it myself. I was told after a second call they would resend the email. Never got it in the inbox or junk folder.
I also looked at the attached invoice on the email I received about the credit card and noticed for the mailing address they showed was : FIRST NAME, IRRV. The checks were for an irrevocable trust and had the first name, middle initial and last name followed by Irrv Trust. So instead of using the entire name as it appeared on the first line of the check, they mailed it using IRRV as the last name (for example: Jane Irrv.) I am grateful my postal carrier delivered it with the messed up name.
I called about this and was told since it was an internet order, that was how the person who placed the order input the name. I tried to explain the name was taken from the first line of the check and that I did not input a last name into a box as "IRRV".
What a PITA! Never again!"

She not only overnighted the checks for no additional charge, she did the whole order for no cost as it was "their mistake." I can't remember such great service. I'll always order from checks.com!"
"Ordered checks from this site based on the rich colors of the checks that they showed on their web page. Got my checks today and they are horrible. It looks like were running out of ink colors and kept printing checks. Checks are faded and NOTHING like the picture. I called and was told that's how they come. I said then you should put on your website that colors are NOT representative of what you actually get. Total ripoff!! Don't buy here!"
