"This has been very disappointing. I purchased the KitchenAid mixer in brushed chrome as a wedding gift on April 18th. The wedding is on May 5th and I have not received any status updates with tracking information. Today, April 30th, I called Chef's Resource and was told that the item was out of stock and due in 1-10 days! Why didn't they indicate on the web site that the item was not in stock and not available to ship,. Instead they indicate that most items ship the next day. If I had not called I would never have found out they were out of stock. Is that any way to run a business? Now the item will be shipped after the wedding if at all!"
