"I had just started to use plastic wrap for the microwave when the post woman came by with a package from Chef's Resource! I tore opened the box and used the microwave lid I ordered! Love it! We went through dozens of lids! The main problem was the fit. All types too small and not high enough. The top would melt, slide off the plate, and get out of shape. I decided to put my lids to the test. I cooked a bowl of soup, (famous for melting the top), and a plate of food. The lid actually has tiny "feet" that sit on the plate rather than around it. That is a big plus if you have a carousel. There is a hole at the top for venting. The lid is heavy duty, you can't bend it. I'm so glad I bought two right away. Chef's R. is the only place I found that had the large diameter. "

"I love the coffee pod organizer. It fits perfectly on the shelf and really helped clean up the shelf where I store the K-cups. By alternating the K-cups up and down, I am able to squeeze one more cup in each row I am planning to order another one for tea."

"got an item which wasn't exactly as described, I ordered a MAC rollsharp and received a FISKARS rollsharp. The fiskars is way cheaper, I could have gotten it for 40% less at other stores.

Not worth returning, or I would have.

Edit: As Chefs Resource said, Fiskars do make the sharpener for Mac. But it still did not match the product picture.

I'd also like to add that even though this product is CHEAPER, it's a NEWER, BETTER model than the MAC one I originally had ordered.

"Customer service is lacking to say the least. I ordered two, 2-Cup Pinch 'n Pour measuring cups on 12/13/11. The were backordered, and still waiting for them today 1/12/12. Waited for over 20 minutes on hold before a person can on the line, to tell me they were still backordered. I just canceled the order, I found them somewhere else."
