Called and cancelled my order today, they did so without once asking why or if I could wait until such and such.

I had to wait two months till they finally received the item from the manufacture. Chef's Resource gave me many opportunities to cancel my order, or choose a replacement item, but since I was in no rush they kept the item on their radar and continued to follow up with me on a regular basis.
