"I ordered 2 sets of fondue forks, shown online as being "in stock", as a Christmas gift. A few days later, I got an email that one set was out of stock and they "expected" it to be available to ship on Dec. 21 (!!!) I emailed back that as long as they arrived by Dec. 24, no problem, otherwise let me know so I could find another source. Although I never got an answer back (I made allowances, since it's a busy time of year for retailers), the forks DID arrive around Dec. 19, in plenty of time for gift-giving. WHEW!!
