"Used chegg over a year ago. It wasn't bad, no huge issues, returned the books, canceled my subscription, had them in mind to use when I am able to go back to school.
Then I found out that it has still been charging me for over a year. They would only refund me two months even though I cancelled, haven't been using the service in over a year, and this is clearly their error. I was condescendingly told I should double-check next time - do they really think I'm ever using them again after they stole hundreds of dollars from me?!
By the way, still doesn't say my subscription is cancelled on the website (I "double-checked" this time as instructed) so I guess I'm supposed to wait and see if they're going to continue to drain my bank account?"

"The first copy copy of Raymond Noe's Employee Training and Development, 6th edition was so marked up with sides notes and multi-colored highlights that I could not concentrate on the material. Therefore, I sent it back and received a replacement within a couple of days. However, towards the end of my 10-week term I noticed that half of chapter 7 and 8 were completely missing. I literally had to spend time looking for an online PDF version which of course i was only able to locate the 5th addition not 6th, nonetheless the 5th edition provided enough information so I could successfully complete the assignments provided.

This was a complete inconvenience and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I'm very surprised in the quality of the product on two different occasions for the exact same book. "
