We understand the tracking number is delivered, by there are no books checked into your account under this order. Please work with customer service on this issue.
EVEN WHEN THEY SEE THE BOOKS WERE DELIVERED, THEY REFUSE TO PAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT. Completely ridiculous and this company is going downhill fast. DO NOT SEND YOUR BOOKS TO CHEGG!"
"Let me first start off by saying that I loved Chegg at one point and advertised for them for their performance. we recently I was charged for an extension fee. yes, I was late returning my book. but when I was charged I thought that it would extend it for a month. Netflix gives you a month for about ten dollars. I don't know why Chegg would charge someone 10 dollars for about a week. they didn't care to ensure that I read or received that email or call just to remind me. Listen I woke up one day and had a medical emergency. Something told me to check my bank account......guess what? They charged my account for the cost of the book. So guess who they screwed in a time of crisis? So now I have to wait almost ten days to get my money back. I must say any company that deals with education know how to keep a college student broke."
