"I ordered this book October 21 2015. I didn't tecieve this book till November 25. Nearly a month later and past the refund date. As well as only a week till my semester was over. I couldn't track my order either. Everytime I tried it said the system was down. Rediculous. "

"I brought the book to ups a day before it was due and thought I was all set. I received an email from chegg stating how they got notice that I dropped the book off at ups and would send me an email when it was processed. That was the 22nd...However I get an email at around 5am today stating that I didn't send it back and was charged the late fee. I went on the site to fill out a refund request.
They are so quick to draw money out of a customers account with full knowledge of how long it will take to be placed back..charges take a few minutes yet the return can take no less than three days and up to 5 days. I would suggest checking to see if a previous email was already sent to a customer in terms of their return. That 6 dollars could've been a deal breaker in whether or not Someone could pay a bill on time! What about paying rent in full? Or buying some food to fill their belly because they barely had money to buy enough groceries?..Very inconsiderate..These are the times you guys should be more vigilant..especially around Christmas time when funds are ESPECIALLY low..You all say your sorry however for a site that provides affordable books you are sure quick to unnecessarily take money out of the pockets of your customers..We're college students..NOT millionaires..This is disheartening.."

"Returned book via UPS on Dec. 23rd, the due date I was given. Received an email saying Chegg knew book was on its way and there would be no late charge. Today I see I was charged a late fee of 8.95, I'm confused. Tried calling customer service, three times, , no answer. Last call was on hold for 17 minutes. Never spoke to anyone. Would like my 8.95 back that I was unfairly charged.
