"I used to stand in line for hours to pay for used books that were too expensive and worthless after the class is over. Then you go to sell them back for pennies!! Materials are crucial to your learning, you have to have your books either online or text and the classes require it. After a long, long time being out of school, I found it very refreshing that the days of standing in line and the whole textbook racket is OVER! Chegg offered reasonable prices and an initial downloadable version promptly, while my order was processing and being delivered. The book came on time and was the correct text I needed. Once the semester was over, I was able to send the book back and was notified of its return. I did receive a tad too many e-mails though. Overall, I found the ease of use and affordability a huge plus! Well done Chegg! Howabout a free rental for the glowing review!! :o) "
