"I have been shopping at Chicos now for several years. It started with a gift card from my husband. I love that I can shop in a boutique or online. Returns (although there have been very few) are absolutely no hassle and easy. Once you find your size, it is easy to order and know the product will look and fit just as you would hope. In most cases the fabrics, sight unseen, are even nicer than anticipated. The price range when the products are first showcased are a bit steep for my retired income, BUT: Chicos has flash sales and other sales very frequently so I wait until I can get a great discount (which usually isn't a long wait). I am a commited customer and always look forward to my mini shopping sprees. Any time I have needed a customer service or sales person's help, they have been extremely helpful and professional."

It was put together with hard plastic thread and very itchy.
Did not want to pay seven dollars to return it, drove to store.
Telephones and computers were out of service, waited over 40 minutes while very nice staff figured out what to do, they could not give me a receipt for the items I returned because of the computer problems."
