"Generally I shop at a Chico’s store, but with COVID I felt safer shopping online. As usual, Chico’s does not disappoint. I would read reviews and each time everything was exactly as stated. I love all that I have ordered."
"i was initially hesitant to order because they were not described as having an elastic waist and the photos didn't show one. So i texted what seems to be my new local store as the one in my town closed and they assured me the pants had elastic in the back. I ordered two sizes which came very quickly.
While there was elastic all around the waistline (not just in the back) it was stitched tightly to regular fabric and thus had little give. Nonetheless i took a chance on the smaller size and they are comfortable and fine especially as they are lightweight in this very hot summer.
My only objection was that i had ordered through my local store but with the Amex link for free returns. When i prepared to send back the larger pants the insert said i would have 7.00 deducted from my refund, for shipping. I had to call the company offering the free returns to get info and then call Chicos and i got a new shipping label which allowed free returns. i would not take a chance of shopping online when not sure of size or style on me if i had to pay that much for a return which when ordering two sizes is inevitable."

"Good quality clothing for the "slightly" older woman who still loves fashion! I'm not ready for the old-fashioned clothing you find in box stores for the mature woman, and I'm certainly not going to dress like a teen. Chico's is perfect! I especially love the outlet stores, and I've always had a great experience in the stores. On-line shopping is also great and the product is always delivered as promised. I've never had a return as the sizing on their clothing is always true."
"I will not order online from Chico's again. The first items I received were too large. No big deal; I returned those and ordered a smaller size. The return items were mailed 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I received an email from Chico's acknowledging that a return is in process and that this will take up to 14 more days to complete!!! Other online retailers have set a higher bar, and Chico's needs to up their game: 1) they charge for return shipping by deducting their fee from the refund amount. 2) 2-3 weeks is too long to wait for a refund. If Chico's is going to charge customers for returns, they should be processed quickly and efficiently. I like their clothing, but will purchase from a retailer with an easier, quicker (and likely free) return/refund process in the future. "
"I placed an order online. Credit card charged. Order confirmed. Then nothing- was supposed to receive email when it shipped- no email after over a week. Called and waited on hold for over 30 minutes to discover order had been cancelled- no reason given, no email sent/ just cancelled! Rep reconstructed order (except for items no longer available), gave me free priority shipping and told me to call back if I did not get an email telling me items shipped. Well.... several days later, no email- called ( 40 minute hold) only to discover ordered cancelled! Requested a supervisor- another hold, but she was able to discover the orders were cancelled because of my email address! Now understand, I get Chico’s emails almost daily and even placed this order in response to an email. Again the order was reconstructed, expedited shipping given. And order was received. "

"What a great sales staff.. My husband & I came in for my birthday. It was the next day and our daughter was coming home for the weekend to celebrate. I was greeted as always in your stores, & assisted with sizing, styles & colores. Everything was perfect, and I have received many complements & asked where I bought them... "I am a long-time Chicho's customer. In the past I knew exactly what size I took, but in the past few years the sizes seem to have changed and, at least for me, I now take different sizes in different styles. This turned out to be quite the problem when ordering online. I ordered several items, using the Chico's size chart, and not a one fit properly. On top of that, when I called the local Chico's boutique to see if I could return the items to the boutique - that way I could try to find replacements in the proper size - I was told I could not do that, I had to ship them back. Hoping to find replacements and knowing i would have to try the items on to get the proper size, I did go to the nearest boutique - 45 miles away. While there I witnessed another customer returning items that had obviously been ordered online. (Based on the information I had received, I had left mine at home.) When I questioned the clerk, I was told that you could always return onine items at the boutique.
Final note - I did find replacements for two of the items. Now I have to pack up the other five items and get them to UPS to return and wait for the credit. All told, not the best shopping experience I have ever had. "

"I understand the limitations of doing business during a pandemic, but Chico's has let me down. I have been ordering exclusively online from a number of retailers, and none have been as non-responsive as Chico's. Customer service emails ignored, hours on hold with customer service. Very frustrating to get a refund processed."
