"Up until the last year my Chicos experience would have rated a 5. My closets are filled with your beautiful and timeless fashions. Am still wearing the jacket that was my first purchase. Chicos has clothed me for weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and sadly even funerals. Don’t know if you’ve changed vendors but your sizes are no longer consistent. I have ordered the same item in different colors. One top can fit perfectly while the other is too large or small. With slacks, the lengths in the same size are also not consistent whether regular or petite. All of this results in my often having to return items. Especially now that I no longer shop in store. I do miss the lovely ladies in the Lakeland, FL Chicos. Thanks for so many years of lovely couture. "

"I recently placed an online order with Chico's. The items arrived and one did not fit well. I followed all of the directions to send it back to get a refund. I have not seen the refund on my credit card after two weeks and I am not willing to wait on my phone for over a half hour to speak with a customer sales rep. I also do not like the " chat" feature.

"I have been waiting for the shorts that I ordered and paid for in early July. The shorts have still not arrived. I have traced them on USPS. I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico. 87505. The shorts were sent to the island of Guam! I can't imagine why. From there they have been sent to Honolulu. I imagine I will receive them at some time - perhaps too late to wear them this summer.
I would appreciate hearing back from someone at Chico's.

"I ordered a top and pants on July 3rd and never received them. I tried to contact Customer Service for five straight days to find out what happen to my order. I was put on hold for over one half hour and no one answered until a few days ago when I was on hold for 45 minutes and finally got some help. Order was sent to wrong address and a new order to replace the original order was suppose to happen. Got credit for first order but so far second order not processed.
In the future, I will NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CHICO'S!"

But I received some too tight fit and style was not what I was looking for. The length was so long. What happened to Chico’s. Please review your clients complaints and fix this. "
