"The last few months I have been shopping on line, have not been in their store (St. John's Town Center, Jacksonville, FL), account the COVID-19. I really prefer shopping at their store as the sales girls are so fabulous and extremely helpful. Plus, as of the last year or so, one must actually try on the clothing because the sizes vary a bit and I hate returning things. In fact, I have even donated brand new items with tags still attached to various organizations because the sizing was off. Chico's clothing and jewelry is so easy to mix and match with other pieces of their clothing already in your closet. Pretty much all my casual clothing is purchased from Chico's."

"I was a faithful customer, but I no longer feel the same about your store. I purchased 3 tops in February, and COVID 19 struck before I could exchange them for a smaller size. I am 70 years old and I have some underlying conditions. When I finally decided to chance going to your store I brought the 3 tops and my $150.00 gift certificate. Your employees informed me that I could not exchange even for a smaller size. I tried to explain but they were not sympathetic. I left and I don’t feel the same about my favorite store."

"I place and order on July 5th for a present my sons were giving their mom. I was notified the purchase was shipped on July 6 only to find it didn't ship until July 12.. The package finally arrived on July 24.
When attempting to contact customer support by phone or email, I was unsuccessful and as of this date no response.
I understand we are in a difficult time. That doesn't mean customer service is substandard. If you can't give good customer service, have some integrity and tell your customer that you don't have the staff to support them.
You have no problem with taking payment before anything ships so its has me believe money rather than serving your customer is top of mind for you.

"I truly enjoy shopping at Chico's - both in-store and online. You can depend on the quality and sizing of their clothing. They have a wide variety of merchandise that easily takes you from business to informal events. Online purchase usually arrive more quickly than predicted; returns are easy. If I have one complaint, it's that when I take a return back to a store, I usually end up finding more items that I love!!!"
"Ordered on line.Delivery took almost 3 weeks. Could not cancel order. Could not contact customer service. Could not use chat line. Salesperson in actual store was not able to help with order.
Frustrating. Will avoid ordering again. Will caution friends not to order online.
