"My experience began on June 21st when I placed my initial order. After not receiving it I needed to do a replacement order on July 8th.
Today is July 15th and I still have not received the order of 3 masks which I was told were in stock last week."

"I bought a zynergy too. It was so large, that it hung off my shoulders. I also ordered a watch which was too large, even though I measured my wrist as was suggested on line. I knew I had to send them back, and to my surprise I was told that $7 Would be deducted from my refund!!! I think that Chicos should be willing to refund the total amount of a bill when you need to return it! That is what many other competitors do! This is the last time I will order anything from Chico’s online. I also believe the quality of the last two tops I purchased in the store leaves something to be desired, as the necks stretched and the fabric faded very quickly. I have shopped at Chico’s, almost exclusively for the last 20 years, but I am done! "
