So unless I am reordering something I already own in a different color I'm just going to need to take a Sabbatical from shopping at Chicos because of the six week lag time in receiving a credit. In addition their Track your Return feature works poorly."

Every experience I have had with Chico’s has been terrific. I’m always pleasantly greeted and asked what I’m shopping for or am I just browsing. Courteous and helpful assistance is always readily available when needed but not pushy or invasive. I always find stylish and comfortable outfits and accessories at a reasonable price. My online orders have been received faster than promised. Once my item didn’t fit so I returned it to my store hoping to find the size I needed. My size was not available however, the manager checked the other stores and found the last one. She arranged to have it delivered to my home and it fit perfectly. I was thrilled! Quality is very important to me and I always get it at Chico’s. I really love shopping at Chico’s! "

"Put together an order through a Facebook ad, it thanked me for the order, all seemed normal. A day or two later I receive a voice mail telling me there’s a problem and to call an 800 #. Customer service tells me they can’t find the problem order, after a half hour of ineptitude and holding the line I was cut off during a transfer to someone else. I gave up."
